At Ildi Pekar Skincare, each treatment is thoughtfully reserved to provide you with an exceptional and unhurried experience. In consideration of our clients and practitioners, we kindly ask that you review our policies before booking your appointment.
Card on File
A valid credit card is required to secure all appointments. While you will be charged at the time of your service, the card on file allows us to uphold our scheduling policies with care and consistency.
Cancellations & No-Shows
We kindly request at least 24 hours’ notice should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Changes made within 24 hours, as well as missed appointments, will incur the full cost of the reserved service. This ensures that the time set aside exclusively for you is honored.
Arrival Time
We invite you to arrive promptly to fully enjoy your treatment. Should you arrive late, your service time will be gracefully adjusted so as not to disrupt the experience of other guests. For example, if you book a 60-minute facial and arrive 15 minutes late, your treatment will be adjusted to 45 minutes. The full service fee will still apply.
